“My only feedback would be that on the times when I needed to stop by the office to pick up a check, etc. there was no one at the desk and people walking past in the hallway completely ignored me. The first time, when someone did acknowledge me, she was abrupt and impatient. If I had been a buyer this would not have given me a good feeling about who I was dealing with. Also, the reception desk was covered with flyers and other items and did not reflect a professional atmosphere.”
