About Jennifer Genereau
Jennifer Genereau was born and raised in Harris County, and first became interested in real estate as a young teenager, when her parents' landlord visited to approve a wall addition in their rental home, so that her sister (and Jennifer!) could have her own room. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree and has a desire to eventually own several rental properties.
She has worked as a Leasing Agent in the multifamily (apartment) industry for about 7 years, before launching out in real estate, and has 18 months experience as a Landlord. She is married with two sons, and has experienced life as an Army wife. Her family formerly had relocated to Washington state and New Mexico. She plans to get certified soon as a Military Relocation Specialist, and loves to practice her Spanish (second) language skills as often as possible with clients.
