With over 30 years working in Houston, James has seen the changes in Houston real estate and the changes in Houston. However, it is still a small town at heart. People are very friendly. And, it is a good town in which to do business. You do not have to be born here to be successful in Houston.
James started as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and spent most of his career working at CPA firms. During those years, he spent a substantial portion of his time reading and evaluating contracts, evaluating financial information, and simplifying transactions and data for his clients. He brings those skills to real estate transactions involving buyers, sellers and investors.
James focuses on real estate in the areas west of Downtown to the Memorial Villages, and inside and around the North and West Loop.
James raised three wonderful children, and has been very active in the community. He has served on the Board of Child Advocates which helps break the cycle of child abuse and neglect, and Mental Health America of Greater Houston which helps people in crisis. He has served as President of Crisis Intervention and Treasurer for Special Olympics Texas.
