Migrated from Greece in 1997, Stylianos fell in love with the Hotel and Restaurant industry and graduated at University of Houston in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Stylianos' 23 year tenure in the hospitality industry has taught him that passionate attention to quality, detail and consistency must be delivered to each client each time.

Buying his first home in Houston ignited Stylianos' interest in real estate. A Houstonian since his move from Greece in 1997, and a current resident of Inner Loop in Houston; where he lives with his wife and 2 kids, is an enthusiastic member of the community. Working for Keller Williams Realty, Stylianos focuses in Pearland, Spring, League City, Sugarland, Friendswood, and Inner Loop / Medical Center communities, but have many clients in other areas of town as well.

There are 2 characteristics that proved to me she was the perfect agent to work with.


First was her looking out for my best interest. I knew a bit about the Houston market before I began searching for homes, but didn't know much when it came to renting out the property. She assisted me in offering a fair price if she felt the property wasn't worth the asking price, she offered advice when it came to fixing up the property before showing, she gave me a second opinion when I was quoted for repairs needed, and the list can go on.
