Her background also includes international work experience in London,Singapore, and Korea, where she developed written and verbal skills in Korean. She also lived in Hawaii, where she worked for a major cruise line. She asserts that her experiences living – and moving – overseas give her a special affinity for and expertise in assisting relocation clients.

A native Texan, Kelly hails from Quitman, a small town in East Texas. She attended Texas A & M University in Commerce, Texas. Her love for sales developed early and she learned from watching her father and grandfather, who worked many years for the Ford Motor Company, that the customer is always right. Kelly is very active in her community and has served as President of the Magnolia Rotary Club, is a Magnolia ISD School Board Trustee and an advocate for impacting the pervasive issue of homelessness. Her leisure time is spent with her husband, three children, their dog "Sandy" and she enjoys playing the piano and violin.
