Nicole Travis is passionate about listening to her clients wants and needs to help them find the perfect home to buy. As a former Fine Jewelry Sales Manager, she says that her experience in the commissioned and goal driven sales business of retail has taught her that communication throughout the process is the key to success with her buyers, sellers and lease clients. As Nicole has built her business through marketing and referrals from her past clients, she will promise to provide superior service with attention to detail. Nicole primarily focuses her business on the Cypress, Tomball, Katy and Northwest Houston area. Nicole also offers her sellers an extra bonus, she has a real talent for "staging" the home and offering tips and solutions to show the listings in their best light to make them more marketable. She has earned the professional designation as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). Nicole and her husband moved here to Houston in 2003. Nicole enjoys her family time with her husband and daughter, whether it is swimming, playing golf or watching the Houston Texans.

Directly after I got out of the United States Navy I made sure I did two things. One, I enrolled into University of Houston. And two, I got my real estate license! I started off as an apartment locator while still enrolled. Not only did this help me relearn our beautiful city, it has also helped me to learn to develop a sound rapport with my clients by allowing me to focus on building long lasting relationships with every personality type imaginable.

Now that my degree is complete and I have become a broker, my transition into a full time and full service Real Estate Broker is now complete. Her even-keeled personality and strong leadership allow her to stay cool under pressure and think well on her feet.

After years in retail management, it was time to return to Houston and family. Digna admits, "I come from a family of real estate investment, so it was just a matter of time before I made the moves needed to get into the industry." Once she did, she hit the ground running, working toward her Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation and taking courses in investment strategy, farm and ranch properties and commercial real estate.

Outside of real estate, Digna's biggest passions are food, travel and the outdoors. She loves pairing travel with amazing cuisine and exciting activities. When she's home, she loves cooking for friends and family and staying active hiking, biking, running and kayaking.
