Jennifer Price Bates, native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan, has deep roots in our beloved city. She has been associated with real estate her whole life watching her father work in the business since she was a child. Jennifer always knew that one day she would follow in her father's footsteps.

Jennifer was recognized as Greenwood King's Top Producer of 2020 and 2021 and Rookie of the Year her first year of business. As well she was also honored as a Top Producer Club Member in 2014. Her positive outlook, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail provide her clients with the utmost respect and dedication they deserve. Highly organized and with a keen sense of communication, Jennifer represents her clients with her full attention and will do whatever it takes to make their transaction a smooth and positive experience. Although Jennifer knows the entire Houston area, she specializes in the areas of Memorial and all the Memorial Villages, Briargrove, Briargrove Park, Spring Valley, Wilchester, Rummel Creek, Nottingham, Nottingham Forest, Westchester, Walnut Bend, and the Energy Corridor.

After graduating from Memorial High School and The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Jennifer taught for two years in Dallas then returned to Houston to teach at St. Francis Episcopal Day School and Wilchester Elementary School in the Spring Branch Independent School District for a total of 10 years.

Committed to her community, Jennifer is a proud member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is actively involved with the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association of Houston. Jennifer was an active member of the Stratford High School Playhouse Booster Club serving as Booster Club President for 2 years with a total of 4 years serving on the Executive Board. Jennifer was also on the Executive Board for 2 years for the Stratford Spartanaires as the Spring Show Chairman. She has also served on the SHS Choir Booster Club Executive Board for 2 years, involved with SHS PTA, Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) Leading Ladies as well as a past member of the Junior League of Houston.

Jennifer and her husband Matt live in Wilchester and have two daughters, Lindsay who attends Wright State University pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre and Hailey who attends The University of Georgia studying Business and Accounting. Along with their Corgi dog, she enjoys playing tennis, volunteering, and being with family and friends.

Ms. Chassity Jackson is a native of Houston, Texas where she was taught that being humble, hospitable, and purposeful will lead to Greatness in life. Now, serving as a Texas Realtor Ms. Jackson represents as a well-versed and experienced representative of proven sales experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Jackson makes the homebuying process stress-free, from first-time buyers to high-end veteran buyers.
