When Del Webb started development of Sun City Texas in 1996, Sandy began working for the builder, first as Marketing Coordinator, responsible for all the print, radio, TV, online promotional materials and events. She then became licensed as an Escrow Officer and for seven years handled all of the closings for new homes in Sun City. She then worked for a small real estate brokerage that specialized as a Buyer's Agency exclusively in Sun City Texas.

In 2010, Sandy received her real estate license and utilized her expertise in Sun City to help buyers find their perfect home in Sun City Texas. Her unique knowledge of the various floor plans, construction techniques, community activities, neighborhoods, loan & closing processes and desire to help clients with either new or resale home purchases, has enabled an outstanding level of service to her clients. Empathetic, dedicated and relational, Patty enjoys working with her clients to help them reach their real estate goals. A native Houstonian, Patty grew up in the Village of Bunker Hill and lives with her family in Cypress. She is experienced in buying, selling and leasing in well-established neighborhoods as well as newer master planned communities.

Patty is a graduate of Denison University and member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity. When not working with her clients, she enjoys travel, spending time with her family and their Shetland Sheepdogs, listening to podcasts, music and learning.
