After almost 30 years of sales experience it is apparent that the most important qualities are integrity and service. Prior to entering sales I spent almost 10 years working as an undercover agent in south Florida. Working with people and giving them above and beyond service has always been my goal. Cathy's desire for knowledge of the real estate industry began when she was Office Administrator for a local real estate office, which lead to the acquisition of her real estate license in 2003. She moved into various administrative staff positions in 2013, including Career Development and New Agent Training, Quality Control Coordinator and Sales Manager. In early 2019, Cathy left the administrative side of the business and returned to being a producing agent and agent mentor.
