I was born and raised in the Houston area and attended The University of Texas where I graduated Cum Laude with a Management Information Systems degree from the Business school in 1998. I moved to Montgomery County and after 7 years in the "corporate" world I decided to follow a child hood dream of being self-employed. After researching a few options I landed in the real estate industy. I worked for two years as an appraiser before moving into real estate sales. I attained my Real Estate license in October of 2006. I pride myself in my customer service ability, my knowledge of the lakes, and the vast number of neighborhoods and rural areas that make up this fast growing county. Living in Montgomery County my whole life has given me the opportunity to watch the development of Lake Conroe and the surrounding communities. I attended the schools in this area and have worked with the students in local school districts for the past 31 years where I have been a teacher and sponsor of one of the largest high school yearbooks in the nation. Just recently retired from teaching to devote my time to real estate. I have been a member of a number of service organizations within the community including The Montgomery County Fair Association and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, as well as participating in a variety of school and community activities.

I believe that a client should be given as much information about an area, the neighborhood, the taxes, and the schools as possible to make a decision on purchasing a home. I feel a good real estate agent works for their clients whether it is to sell or purchase a property from the beginning of the process, right to the end.

I have been a licensed realtor since 2000 and I have been a multi-million dollar producer and top producer selling real estate from all ends of the spectrum: lots, acreage, commercial, and all levels of residential from single family to multi-family housing. Alex was born in Houston and raised in Cypress, Texas where he attended Cy-Fair High school. Upon graduation, he signed a minor league baseball contract with the Atlanta Braves, where he played for one season. After being released in the Spring of 1991, he started attending Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas on a full scholarship where in 1996 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. While still in college he earned a Real Estate License and started practicing in 1994 and in 1996 he earned a Broker License. Shortly after graduation he left the field of real estate to put his degree to work in the Building Products Industry. In 2010 he decided to leave the design field and return to pursue his passion for Real Estate full time. Alex says:

Hello from Montgomery County, Texas! I want to share a little information about myself and the services I offer. I've helped people buy, sell, lease and invest in real estate for about 20 years now. In 2018 I earned my Texas Broker license, establishing my commitment to the industry.





Working with buyers and sellers of acreage residential and land is my forte. More recently I've helped with commercial leases and purchases, and with farm and ranch. I use a successful combination of social media and classic marketing avenues to get the word out and the job done. I have knowledge, resources, colleagues, and good relationships to help resolve issues.
