Chris and Ruth were very proactive in getting the house ready for the market. Their advice regarding sale price was right on target. They had a very modern marketing strategy that included FB, Zillow, YouTube video, their network of contacts and MLS. They were very energetic and persistent. Their open house was well planned and executed. As a result, we were able to put the house in the market and sell it in record time. I would like to point out opportunities for improvement. I think they fell short on communication with the client in two respects: 1. Assuming that the clients know meanings of the typical terms used in Texas real estate market. An explanation of terms in simple language would be appropriate. 2. As the house went into contract, the frequency of communication went down, especially towards closing. Clients are typically overwhelmed during relocation process. It would be nice if they could visit the client face to face and give the house a last look over, just as they did during the initial phase. Overall we were very happy and will recommend them to our friends without any hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris & Ruth. They have been a godsend during a tough chapter in my life. They are a bright spot in a world that doesn't always live up to their promises. The epitome of balancing professional but caring service. They know their business inside & out. They were a constant encouragement but always remained realistic & honest with me. My trust is not easily earned but they have it without question. They sold my home in record time & for a price I didn't dream possible. They were in constant contact with me every step of the way. I thank God for sending them to me at just the right moment!!! Due to the great sale price, that I believe was secured by these knowlegable realtors, my retirement is finally secure. I recommend them wholeheartedly. You can't go wrong with this couple working for you to help you sell your home.

They were able to help negotiate a great deal for us and get us into the home that we had identified as our best option.
