Her personal experience with many moves growing up helps her understand the stress of buying and selling. Connie's last move was from Katy to Chappell Hill where she is experiencing the joys of remodeling. Connie and her husband completely restored a home in Brenham which was a great learning experience.



As a resident of Chappell Hill, Connie has embraced the country lifestyle. She is an active member of the Chappell Hill Historical Society, sits on the board of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and is involved in local politics. This has given her the opportunity to build strong relationships with the Chappell Hill and Washington County community. Understanding the community she serves, plays a critical role in finding the right area for her clients.



Connie and her husband, Todd, have been married for 35 years. They have one son who is a Houston Police officer and a graduate of Texas A & M. When time allows, Connie enjoys antiquing, gardening and travel.



Connie is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), South Central Board of Realtors (SCBOR), and the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN). Connie holds the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation.

Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Chris was born and raised in Washington County and enjoys raising his family here as well. He joined the family business in 2014 and has enjoyed helping clients make wise real estate decisions ever since.
