Having previously purchased and sold a home before, my most recent home purchase with Bret was hands down the best experience I've had in my real estate transactions. I found Bret after conducting an online research for a realtor, and from day one, he has consistently made himself available to speak to me and respond to texts expeditiously....literally within minutes, every time! His comprehensive website is what impressed me before making the initial call to vet him. He provided excellent advice about the housing Market in Texas and sound feedback on why selling/buying contingencies were not advisable in a market with a housing shortage. His advice helped me make wise decisions about the right time to sale and purchase. Several months later, I decided I was ready to make the transition to Texas. I called Bret a day or two before I was due to abruptly arrive in Texas, and he readily made himself available to me!...I'm talking red carpet service. We found a home on a Saturday, later that night, the offer was accepted (due to Bret's absolute perseverance throughout the evening with the sellers realtor). The next day, on a Sunday, Bret connected me with an inspection company who thoroughly inspected the home.....ON A SUNDAY (Bret also joined me at the end of the inspection...on a Sunday). I locked in a great interest rate the next day on a Monday with Sandy Swann at Motto (she is outstanding also...hands down amazing!!), and I closed on my home 19 days later. The total process took 21 days to close. Bret and Sandy were right there until the very end. They both attended the closing. This is remarkable! Did I mention how resourceful Bret is? The resources he provided during the process and continues to provide after closing goes above and beyond the expectations of a realtor. This is why Bret, in my honest and humble opinion, is The Realtor of Realtors.”
