Since becoming a realtor in 1998, Bill Baldwin has sold over $369 million worth of properties. This success, and passion for real estate is what allowed him, in 2008, to acquire the only firm he has ever worked for: an independent Heights-based firm now known as Boulevard Realty. The firm has followed the success of Baldwin, with well over $1 Billion in sales since its founding in 2008.

As broker/owner of Boulevard Realty, Baldwin has remained committed to both sides of that title. As an owner, he has recognized the importance of filling the needs of agents who not only work all over Houston, but in Galveston as well. This led to the grand opening of a Kirby office in 2013 and a Galveston office in 2015, both of which are renovated historic properties. As a broker, he is exceptionally active in building a resourceful and engaged sales force. In the last ten years, Baldwin is in the top 15 out of 17,000+ inner loop realtors in total sales. Over that same period, he ranks in the top 10 agents selling single-family homes inside the loop.
