A confident, committed advocate for his clients, David Guild fights for his sellers' and buyers' best interests with the same dedication and loyalty he showed during two tours of duty with the U. S. Army in Iraq. David works from the Blackshear Realty office in The Woodlands, a neighborhood where he has lived for 26 years and knows very well.

"I have first-hand knowledge of The Woodlands and north Houston, both as a resident and as a Realtor," David says. "My network of friends and colleagues know me as a trusted advisor, friend, neighbor, and Realtor who serves the community unstintingly and that's a valuable asset for my clients when selling or purchasing in the area."

Prior to becoming a residential Realtor, David worked in customer service and sales for eight years and served as an ammunition specialist in the army. Some of the best advice I ever received was to do what I enjoy and dedicate myself to serving others. I continue to follow that advice in everything I do. I have many friends who are successful business owners and they are a positive influence that inspires me.

David was born in Bakersfield, California, and moved with his family to The Woodlands. His father is a retired engineer from Exxon, and his parents still live in Grogan's Mill. David lives in Panther's Creek and, when his schedule permits, enjoys lifting weights, watching documentaries on science and astronomy, and trying new restaurants and ethnic cuisines.
