Style and Designs
Across the street is a great view looking out the front door. This is a green belt area and will never have a home build on this lot.

Just some of the construction quality Neidner applied to this new home to help withstand Hurricane force winds. The metal straps are called Hold-Downs which are sunk into the concrete during the foundation pour and the straps will be nailed to the walls. This helps to hold the home to this foundation during destructive storms. Plywood also added to the exterior walls and nailed 6" on-center and 12" on-center in fields and cross bracing also added to some of the interior walls. Plus Engineered.
