Phil Letbetter has 25 years of professional real estate experience with rural, residential, & commercial properties. Phil has represented numerous clients in transactions throughout East Texas & he stays in touch with the current market trends. Phil grew up on a ranching operation near San Saba, Texas & graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Animal Science. He worked as a professional Ranch/ Game Manager developing numerous properties into viable ranching operations. Phil also worked as a professional Land-man for Northwestern Resources acting as a liaison between company mining operations & local landowners. In addition, he was responsible for lease acquisitions & the purchase of properties & right-of-ways needed for mining purposes. I have been a Texas REALTOR® since 1998. This career has been built on being in the relationship business rather than the selling business. Working in a rural area such as ours has given me the opportunity to gain years of experience in residential, commercial, farm & ranch, and unimproved properties. Our buyers, sellers, and property management clients range from multi-family investors to recreational lake home owners to owner-occupied residential homes. Close proximity to Sam Houston State University offers us some unique challenges and opportunities with student and faculty housing needs; we enjoy working with these newcomers to our area. Robbi Flack graduated from Texas Christian University in May of 2018 with a business degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing. She has experience working in real estate throughout her college career, providing an excellent foundation for her entrance into the industry. Katie was born, raised, and currently lives in Groveton, TX. She graduated from Groveton High School in 2018 and was very involved in the FFA. Growing up, Katie showed goats and steers in the Trinity County Fair and the Texas State Fair. After high school Katie attended Stephen F. Austin State University and soon after left to pursue a career in the real estate industry. This began by working as the Office Administrator for Emblem Properties. Katie has learned all aspects of the real estate business first-hand by assisting the broker and all the agents. She worked in this position for over two years and is now an official REALTOR® with Emblem Properties. I am so happy to be a part of such a caring and welcoming team at Emblem Properties. Vickie Cummings has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2005. Vickie lives with her husband Tommy in Elkins Lake in Huntsville and is really excited about the Walker County market.
