Jesse Alfaro considers himself a true Houstonian having been raised in the Houston area since the age of 4. Over the almost past two decades he has developed countless friendships within the real estate field establishing strong working relationships within the Houston area real estate market. He first became a licensed real estate agent in Utah and has brought back his experience, skills and knowledge with him to the Greater Houston area.

Jesse's experience in real estate first started as a Texas licensed professional home inspector, the highest level of a home inspector, almost 20 years ago. He eventually excelled to become a certified master inspector, the highest level of home inspector in the world. It was through his career as a home inspector where he developed his passion for giving his best to his clients. It was also through this experience that Jesse realized homebuyers deserved a higher level of service, one where the client always comes first. His experience as a long-time home inspector has also benefited his clients with his vast experience in home construction and its systems and in better understanding the home-building process for his clients.

Jesse is married to his high school sweetheart, Amalia, and they both share three beautiful children with a grandchild on the way. Jesse and Amalia are both still licensed as real estate agents in Utah and will eventually form as a team in Texas as they already are in Utah. Hi! My name is Sanjuana Sustaita. I am a Real Estate Agent with Equity Real Estate Brokerage. I was born and raised in Mexico. I attended college & graduated as a CPA! I moved to Texas about 23 years ago, and I couldn't love it more.
My experience hasn't always been in real estate; I spent years working as accountant for a great company, but as time went on I decided to dedicate more time into working on our business! Our business that we built is in Pest Control.
