I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1981, beginning in the Title Insurance Business, moving on to becoming a Mortgage Broker, and most recently a Realtor. I have superior knowledge of all facets of a real estate transaction, which I use to facilitate fast and efficient closings.

I currently reside in the small up and coming coastal town of Sargent, Texas. Our waterfront amenities are plentiful, from world class fishing, beaches, Birding and just good ol' relaxing! I specialize in Matagorda, Brazoria and Harris counties. If looking for a home in Sargent, you will be taken by boat to tour all the homes to see how much this area has to offer!!

I have a very diverse background in education, media entertainment, corporate sales, hospitality and now real estate.  I am proud Alumni of University of Houston.  After graduation, I moved to New York and made Brooklyn my home for 10 years.  I finally settled in Houston about 5 years ago and have not looked back since.

A naturalized Citizen, born in London UK , Pius held various Consulting and Senior Executive positions with such well known firms as Florida Capital, Saks Fifth Avenue, Giorgio's, Ermenegildo Zegna, CondoSmart Realty, Annoura Realty Group and Engel & Völkers

German educated with a BA in European Economics with an Import/Export Specialty, Pius is very active in the community belonging to such organizations as NAHREP, AMPI, WCR, AAREA, Greater Houston Partnership; NW Houston Chamber of Commerce being awarded Ambassador of the Year in 2010; member of the HAR International Advisory Board, chairman 2019/2024, a 2015 graduate in the Texas Realtor Leadership Program, past Treasurer/Board member of The Dr. L. C Carter Foundation, past President of the Federation of International Real Estate (FIABCI)-USA Houston Council, past Director and Global Committee member for Texas Realtors and currently holding the appointment NAR Ambassador to Germany and Austria and Global Liason for Texas Realtors 2024

Pius has been married to his lovely wife Jackie for 27 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren from a previous marriage.

His key handoff system is reliable, efficient, and convenient. The photos and description of his place do not do it justice. It is so spacious, clean, an comfortable. The gym and pool are steps away, and you get two free parking spaces. The building is very secure, and requires passwords and fobs for entry. It is also in an ideal location-- mere miles from Midtown, Montrose and the museum district, and Rice University. We had an excellent stay and would return. Sophia P.

Corporate Relocation Reviews: The apartment was exactly as described. We were in Houston for business and the location was perfect. One half block from the Metro Train meant we did not have to hassle with traffic, even though we had a car. The apartment was clean, equipped appropriately with all amenities. The pool and work out facilities were very nice and kept up. It was easy to deal with Pius and he accommodated my request twice for extended stay. A few mouse clicks is all it took. Thank you! M. Corporate Relocation Reviews: The location is absolutely perfect, close the the light rail, medical center and museum districts. If you have an event at NRG, you can walk and skip traffic and parking. His place is clean and cozy, quite comfortable. Huge tv, WiFi, cable, and a blue ray too. The pool is a nice bonus. Corporate Relocation Reviews: The apartment was nothing less than perfect for what I required! Modern amenities throughout, really comfy bed and lovely natural light through the daytime. The apartment Pius picked for me was located on the 4th floor with the loveliest view on to the pool area. "The Valencia" is situated in easy walking distance to the street train with great access to either the NRG Center in one or to Midtown/ Downtown with shops, restaurants and convenience stores in the other direction.
