A passion for this industry & falling head over heels in love with the beautiful Texas Hill Country naturally led me to become a licensed Realtor in Texas.
Emaly has the rare advantage and distinction of having worked in the real estate industry for a number of years beginning when she was 20 years old. She quickly grasped the overall process having been an underwriter, loan funder, loan officer, assistant branch manager, and Realtor in both Florida and Texas.
Being an only child of itinerant Army parents, she has lived in Georgia, Missouri, Texas, Virginia, Hawaii and Germany. The constant upheaval every few years into uncharted territory gave her the opportunity to explore a variety of communities, be exposed to different cultures, make lifelong friends and above all, understand the significance of moving out of a home and creating a new one. Emaly's grandparents moved to Fredericksburg in 1985, which became the 'go-to' destination for weekend trips and summer vacations. In 2008, the town became her home.

Background Raised in West Texas, LeeAnn learned the value of hard work, integrity and honesty and a love for land and people. A graduate of Texas Tech University, she held positions in economic development, marketing and graphic design, and public relations, all of which have laid a great foundation for LeeAnn's love of selling real estate. "Being knowledgeable about the market, available properties and the latest real estate trends are some of the most important aspects of my job. The client is relying on me as a resource and for guidance in one of the largest purchases they may ever make. I take my job very seriously! It's important to continue taking real estate courses, attend local city and government meetings and even regional seminars on land ownership and water rights. You can never be too informed on behalf of your clients!" When LeeAnn has some down time you can find her somewhere outdoors along side her husband Clinton and daughter, Sterlin. "Being able to enjoy the Texas Hill Country and the fabulous weather is a big part of why we chose to live in Fredericksburg! We love all of the amenities our little town offers. If we want to golf, we have a beautiful public golf course..go on a hike, there's Enchanted Rock…and the rivers, we love to fish and kayak. We are blessed with some of the clearest rivers and lakes in Texas! As a private pilot, I love that my husband and I can get in our airplane and fly in and out of the one of the most well-maintained airports in the country. We also love to watch various fly-ins throughout the year featuring commemorative war birds or newer model air craft. When not in flight, we love to enjoy a delicious meal at the airport diner! It is such a treat!"
