The journey to a career in Real Estate took Carrie through various professions and meaningful opportunities. Her previous experience as an educator, director of children’s ministries, and small business owner has provided the tools for a positive and effective REALTOR®. Furthermore, over the past 25 years, Carrie has held many volunteer leadership positions. She brings financial sense and the ability to make things happen with honesty and integrity to every real estate transaction. Carrie guarantees excellence in care and service and getting you the best deal possible. Carrie enjoys spending most of her free time with her family and supporting her daughters in their various activities. When additional time allows, Carrie enjoys decorating, traveling, spending time with friends and watching football – live or on television with her husband!

Greg Spears began helping families move in and out of Victoria, Texas in 1984. He has earnest the prestigious CRS, Certified Residential Specialist (less than 5% of the nations Realtor hold this distinction), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) professional designations proving he is among "Victoria's Best". Greg completed training the "Leadership Victoria", a program which selects leaders from our community to familiarize them with business and community development. Greg also serves on City of Victoria Planning Commission. His leadership abilities were also recognized by a group of his peers when he was chosen to become President of the Victoria Association of Realtors as well as representing them in Austin as local director for Texas Association of Realtors. In 1996, Greg was awarded the 1996 Realtor of the Year, the highest award by the Victoria Association of Realtors. January 1, 2005, Greg started up Greg Spears Realty. Since opening his office he has formed a team of enthusiastic and experienced agents representing many facets of Victoria, Texas. His office is complete with administrative staff and a transaction coordinator to help clients through the home buying and selling process. Greg's dedication and hard work has kept his office one of the top agencies in Victoria, Texas. Greg Spears Realty employs a wealth of marketing and technology for individual client attention. Greg is a native Victoria. He graduated from St. Joseph High School. He also received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas State University.
