Greg Spears began helping families move in and out of Victoria, Texas in 1984. He has earnest the prestigious CRS, Certified Residential Specialist (less than 5% of the nations Realtor hold this distinction), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) professional designations proving he is among "Victoria's Best". Greg completed training the "Leadership Victoria", a program which selects leaders from our community to familiarize them with business and community development. Greg also serves on City of Victoria Planning Commission. His leadership abilities were also recognized by a group of his peers when he was chosen to become President of the Victoria Association of Realtors as well as representing them in Austin as local director for Texas Association of Realtors. In 1996, Greg was awarded the 1996 Realtor of the Year, the highest award by the Victoria Association of Realtors. January 1, 2005, Greg started up Greg Spears Realty. Since opening his office he has formed a team of enthusiastic and experienced agents representing many facets of Victoria, Texas.
