Carrie has been married for 22 years and has two children. Her daughter and son-in-law live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and her son, who lives in the Baytown area, has the goal to obtain his Realtor's license too.

Carrie's hobbies are collecting cat figurines as she has three cats, Minnie, Moe, and Frosty, and one Chihuahua named Paris, who is the Queen of the house. She also is active in her hometown church and serves on the Hospitality committee and in her son's BSA Troop where he is an Eagle Scout. Carrie also enjoys watching HGTV and feels she has found what is close to her dream job by assisting others in their home transition through life, stress free to the best of her ability.

My mantra is that empathy for others enables an understanding of how a transition usually involves mental, physical, and even perhaps, a spiritual impact on clients/friends. This philosophy of personalized service helps me identify and address my clients/friends wants and needs.

Having emigrated from Mexico at an early age, I lived most of my adult life in Crosby, TX, which enables a keen understanding of the fast-growing Southeast Houston locale. My multicultural background has created an open-mindedness that serves my clients/friends well.

I have been married since 1996 and I have 2 daughters in college. One is at Texas A & M studying Environmental Design and the other one is pursuing nursing. I have lived on the East Side of Houston my whole life, and I have been in the Baytown/Mont Belvieu area since 2002. I have been doing Real Estate since 2016. My previous employment as a teacher (18+ years) in 4 of the surrounding school districts, as well as my husband's employment with the fire department (since 1994) has enhanced my knowledge and expertise in this area.

I enjoy practicing Real Estate in the entire Greater Houston Area. I have lived on the East Side of Houston my whole life. The last 2 decades I have lived in the Baytown/Mont Belvieu Area. Prior to my career in and passion for real estate, I attained my bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from McNeese State University, which led me to a successful teaching career, whole-heartedly devoting myself to my students and community as a vocal music educator/private instructor for 18 years.

As a teacher, my top priorities were always caring for my students and providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they needed to successfully achieve their goals. I was born and raised in the Baytown area. I graduated Texas A&M in 2005 with a BBA in Finance. I spent 12 years in the commercial real estate industry, prior to obtaining my sales associate license in 2019. I was a commercial real estate appraiser analyst and trainee (6 years) and new development analyst for a commercial retail developer (6 years). I've always loved residential real estate and have kept up with the trends in my area. I was awarded the RE/MAX 100% Club Award my first year in real estate, which is awarded only to a select group of high-producing RE/MAX sales associates.
