Having lived in Fort Bend County for the majority of her life, Stephanie possesses a deep understanding of the local area and its real estate market. She moved to Quail Valley with her family at the age of five, and later settled in Sugar Land, where she attended and graduated from Clements High School in 1989. Today, Stephanie continues to reside in Sugar Land, maintaining strong ties to the community that she holds dear.
Stephanie pursued her higher education at the University of North Texas in Denton, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. After college, she embarked on a career that initially led her to banking and later to Continental Airlines. However, Stephanie's desire to merge her financial services background with her passion for customer service ultimately led her to real estate.
In 2002, Stephanie made the pivotal decision to become a Realtor, driven by her genuine enjoyment of assisting individuals and families as they navigate new chapters in their lives. Growing up in the Middle East, Sahar Mutammara moved to the U.S. in late 1990 after graduation from high school. She began her college education at Baylor University in Waco, TX before moving to Houston where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1995. In 2002 Sahar Mutammara earned her real estate license and later in the year began a successful 10 year real estate career with the Keller Williams Realty office in Sugar Land, TX. While based in Sugar Land Sahars career has evolved to span the entire Houston metropolitan area. Linda is especially experienced in assisting relocation clients in all areas, including military transferees. Linda also spends several weekends a year with her husband leading the Catholic Engaged Encounter couples' retreat.
Linda is a native of Annapolis, Maryland. She has two adult children, a golden retriever and enjoys travelling when time permits.
