Kristina was born and raised in Bellville. After graduating from high school, she attended Texas A&M University where she earned her degree in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in finance and real estate. Kristina's love for real estate kindled through her real estate courses in college and genuine desire to want to help people. Kristina understands buying and selling can be complicated at times, but strives to make every transaction run smoothly. Kristina prides herself in being diligent and attentive in both her professional and personal life.

The Bellville community is my passion, just behind God and my family. Having grown up in Bellville it gives me joy introducing new people to Austin County as well as helping current residents find their future home or commercial property. My husband and I raised out three daughters on land that has been in his family for seven generations, so I understand the desire to lay down roots and call a place home. We now enjoy watching our six grandchildren bask in the opportunities that a lively small town offers. The future of Bellville is a top priority for me as my children and grandchildren all live here along with our extended family that currently numbers forty-two. My passion for our community has led me to serve in different organizations over the years. Since Faith Academy was founded, I have been involved as a parent, a volunteer, the founder of the booster club, and now as a proud grandparent. As a founder of The Friends of Bellville organization our goal is to maintain Bellville's charm through restoration and beautification of our special town. Randy and I are also active members of the First Bellville Church where I serve on the Long-Range Planning Committee. I also serve on the Austin County Water Corporation Board that serves the rural water needs of our area. I hope to have the opportunity to work with you and your family or business to share my love of Bellville with you and to find the right property for whatever your future holds.

Ian Bader was born and raised in Austin County and has Texas roots that start with Stephen F. Austin's "Old 300" settlers. He attended Bellville schools and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1975. His business career began with the local radio station as news reporter. He later joined the Bellville Abstract Company as clerk and escrow officer. In 1978 he entered banking with the Austin County State Bank and also became licensed to sell real estate under the Bill Johnson & Associates Real Estate Company. Ian moved to First Savings Association of Brenham in 1983, serving as the Bellville Branch Manager. First Savings was later purchased by Guaranty Bank in 1990 and Ian remained as manager until retiring in 2004. He also was a licensed securities representative for Guaranty Brokerage. Ian is a licensed broker and holds the prestigious GRI designation from the Realtor's Graduate Institute, and Certified International Property Specialist designation from the Realtor University. He also served on the Board of Directors of the South Central Board of Realtors over 10 years. Bader's long term experience, education, market knowledge, personal commitment to professionalism, and service to the community make him uniquely qualified to market your real estate. Ian Bader has been active in numerous community activities, serving as President of the Bellville Lions Club, Bellville Chamber of Commerce, and Bellville Library Board. He has been involved in the Austin County Veterans' Monument Board, Bellville Parks Board, LCRA Leadership Program, Texas Scholars Program, Bellville Historical Society, Bellville Little League, Bellville Youth Soccer, Bellville ISD Long-Range Planning Committee, Austin County Texas Agri-Life Extension Service committies, and many other civic activities.
