Andy Flack has 35 years' experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land/timberland real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, TIMO's, REIT's, private equity groups, & high net-worth individuals & families. His responsibilities include market & property analysis and assisting clients with acquisition & disposition. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Agribusiness with over 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. G.K. (JEFF) MARKHAM is the principal broker for MARKHAM REALTY, INC. He has 49 years experience in real estate sales, establishing Markham Realty in 1970. His expertise is primarily in land, including acreage investments, ranches, timberlands, hunting properties and weekend retreats. He is also involved in commercial properties in and around the Huntsville area. Jeff was born in Huntsville, graduated from Deer Park High School, and attended Sam Houston State University (1966-1970) majoring in Agribusiness. He has been involved with the Walker County Fair Association since 1981, serving as a vice-president for six years and pro-rodeo chairman for the first nine years of the event. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Huntsville. Jeff feels that Huntsville, Walker County, and the surrounding area offer an exciting future.
