Michael Joseph has been engaged in the real estate industry since 11/1/99. While in the process of building my experiences as a Real Estate agent, he was trained by Texas Supreme Mortgage as a loan officer.

The training was very intense - from reading W-2's to understanding credit reports and debt to income ratios. Then Michael was employed by Roger Suurmeyer Appraisal company. The training received from this company helped to develop his eyes to see value and defects in properties.

Being trained by these two companies afforded Michael Joseph the wealth of knowledge to develop into a young real estate investor, so please understand that when you hire Michael to work on your behalf, he is not the average real estate agent. he is an agent that has walked the walk.

My husband's job in the oil and gas industry relocated my family from Ohio to Houston in 2007. I can remember how challenging it was to coordinate the move with a toddler and newborn trying to find a neighborhood with the best schools, the right activities, and the perfect house. Prior to real estate, I served in the United States Army in Automated Logistics attaining the rank of Sergeant before earning my bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. My professional background also includes experience in the fashion industry working as a stylist for Stella & Dot. I am an avid volunteer in my community. I currently serve on the Woodcreek Middle School PTO Board, and my family volunteers weekly with a local pet rescue organization.
