Originally from Burlington, Vermont, Stephanie Incavo Magill moved to Houston following in her family%u219s footsteps. Her family made Houston their home when her physician father accepted a position in Houston%u219s medical center. Through this event Stephanie%u219s family formed a strong friendship with a Greenwood King agent in the area. Kris Holt arrived in Houston in 1980 from her home state of Massachusetts to pursue a career as a geologist in the Texas oil fields. She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire. Gail is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Spring Branch; later living in the Heights, Spring and Tomball areas. A graduate from Westfield High School, she went on to obtain her Bachelor's from the University of Houston Central Campus. While at U of H, she was a member of The National Scholars Honor Society. Gail later received her teaching and administrative certifications from The University of St. Thomas and attended Graduate School at The University of Texas Public Health School in the Texas Medical Center.
After college, Gail taught middle school history and later became a middle school administrator, serving as a Dean of Students, in Houston ISD for a combined 12 years.
