After relocating to Houston she remained inactive until joining Ma'at Chapter No. 1 under the Grand Chapter of Astraea OES, Houston, Texas.In the year 2020, she was asked to lead and become a Worthy Matron and graciously accepted the position of May 2020 to establish Deborah Jael Chapter No. 4. It began with nine founding members and quickly grew to 19.

Lisa is a proud Air Force Brat with a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland (European Division). Following graduation, Lisa moved back to Houston and pursued a career in recruitment where she worked to find, retain and develop top talent. Just like in the recruitment field, Lisa loves that real estate allows her to build relationships while providing her clients with excellent service throughout the entire home buying and selling process.
