Hi I'm Demetra from Amite, La, but Houston, TX has been my home since 2002. I'm an awesome wife to James, and a wonderful mother to my two kids, Kamaury and Serenity. I'm full of love and smiles, known to be honest and trustworthy, but I'm straight forward when needed. I truly care for people and I'm a true believer of building relationships and not just transactions. I love to travel, (that's probably why I married a truck driver), however sitting next to an ocean is my favorite thing to do. I enjoy reading and entertaining, but there's something about music that just takes me away. I also enjoy southern cooking when I'm in the mood. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm certified in Special Education. Although, education has been my background for many years, I'm ready to use those same skills as a real estate agent. I am a native Texan, who has lived in the Houston Metroplex for 25 years. Originally from Tyler, Texas, also known as Earl Campbell country for any who remember the Houston Oilers football franchise. I earned my bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Texas in Austin. I have coupled my corporate experience in Human Resources as a training instructor and auditor to provide you a real estate salesperson who will be your champion in negotiations and educating homebuyers and sellers. I have been in the real estate industry for almost 20 years and hold the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification. Understanding the needs of sellers and the desires of buyers helps me help you make home ownership a reality. Mr. Ethan Hummel studies Finance and Real Estate at Texas A&M University and will be a proud graduate in 2024. He moved to The Woodlands, TX in 2015 from Michigan. He has surrounded himself with leading real estate professionals that have motivated him to pursue a career in this arena. Ethan has been involved in multiple real estate acquisitions. He is the landlord of a rental property in College Station that has low tenant turnover, and is a founding member of a private real estate investment group. Before joining Black Label, Ethan helped superintend commercial development projects with Stratton Development and Construction. He is focused on providing his fresh knowledge, eagerness, and 5-star work ethic to his clients. He is passionate about his faith, family, and fitness. In his free time, you will find him doing home projects and listening to country music.
