Jessica was born in Ecuador, and after graduating high school she moved to Florida in search of better opportunities. In 2003 she began her career in the multifamily industry. Jessica earned a diploma in Management and Leadership in 2018 helping to further her skills as a property manager. She has not only managed many multifamily communities, but also helped employees to advance their careers. After almost 17 years in the apartment industry, having had the opportunity to be a part of people finding a new home and starting a new chapter in their lives, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate. This passion combined with the ability to communicate with clients, organization, customer service orientation, marketing skills, professional development, possessing an investor's mentality, and years of experience has been essential to her real estate career. She has built a solid foundation from her multifamily experience that she uses daily in real estate transactions educating clients. Jessica's clients often described her as detail oriented, proactive, kind, and fun to be around. Her goal is to continue helping people find a new home for themselves and their family as she understands this is an important step in anyone's life. When not helping home renters, buyers, and sellers, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

En el 2018 Jessica logra obtener un Diploma en Liderazgo y Administración que la ayudó a perfeccionar sus habilidades como administradora de comunidades de apartamentos ayudando al mismo tiempo a empleados a crecer en sus carreras. Después de casi 17 años en esta misma industria, ella ha tenido la oportunidad de ayudar a personas a comenzar un nuevo capítulo en sus vidas guiandolos a encontrar un nuevo hogar. A native of Puerto Rico (USA), Myrna Rodriguez grew up in the San Juan Metropolitan Area. In 1986, she graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with an MBA in marketing and administration. Following graduation, she worked for MAPFRE-Chubb Insurance Co. as a commercial lines underwriter, and later for Saldana-Marsh McLennan as a commercial lines insurance broker. Following this she worked for Coldwell Banker, in Puerto Rico, as a Real Estate Broker for 10 years before relocating to Houston, TX and practicing as a Real Estate Home Marketing Specialist. Apart from her career, she enjoys most of her time with her husband, and similarly close family and friends.

Born in Guatemala, and raised in Houston, Texas. Being a Latina and growing up in Texas has allowed me to build multicultural relationships throughout the years. Coming from the Medical field and being the former owner of KMX Preventive Maintenance & Stainless Steel fabrication, a company to assist kitchen needs for the restaurant industry, I learned the importance of giving my clients A+ customer service and attending to their needs the best way possible. Purchasing and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make in your life. A good Real Estate Agent will remove all of the stress from the process and make sure your needs are met every step of the way. My goal at the end of every transaction is the satisfaction of the joy caused by helping a family accomplish a dream of ownership.
