Born and raised in Hong Kong, Mr. Leung came to the United States in 1977 and received his Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Mississippi in 1981 and 1982. He moved to Houston in 1982. Received Honorary Doctorate in Finance from University of International Business and Economic in Beijing, China. The Houston Association of Realtors named him the International Realtor of the Year in 1998 and the Realtor of the Year in 2002 and the National Association of Realtors awarded him the CIPS Instructor of the Year in 1999.

Julie earned a B.A. in Economics from Rice University, so she understands market trends and the math behind financing and property values. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Rice University Center for Career Development and has served on the Board for the Association of Rice Alumni. She is a native Houstonian, graduated from Second Baptist Upper School, and has known the city for decades. She danced 10 years with the Houston Ballet Academy and has won awards as a soprano classical singer. Philanthropy is very important to Julie; she and her husband especially love supporting charities that help animals and disabled children.
