I have lived in different areas of the city, providing me with confidence and knowledge in the demographics of Houston and surrounding areas. With ten years of customer service management under my belt, I can assure you that I have the skills and knowledge to make this a smooth process for you. During my career, I have received several certificates of completion, including the following: Interviewing, Leadership, Team building, Business Ethics, and Senior Care. I also assisted a company in winning the Consumer's Choice Award. While working in the lending field, I was given the opportunity to network and acquire many local resources to assist in the home-buying and selling process.

After retiring from the United State Navy after serving 20 years with honor, courage, and commitment, Bernard was delighted to continue to serve our citizen as a Realtor. Jonathan loves sharing his knowledge on real estate, investment properties, and property management. He has a great love for the city of Houston and is passionate about helping his clients make the most out of their investments.

Jonathan is a communications expert, having received an MFA in Creative Writing at Brooklyn College and a BA in Art History at UCLA. He was named a PEN Center USA Emerging Voice and a UCLA Kirkwood Literary Prize Nominee. Jonathan currently serves as CIO of ALFI Oral Surgery and is an active member of the Houston fine arts scene. His vast background gives him a unique perspective in negotiations, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to get deals done.

Chancey has an eye for renovating homes with an extensive knowledge in the investment industry. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. With a strong financial and marketing background plus her in depth knowledge of remodeling & structural design, Chancey brings an exceptional level of service and professionalism to her clients. After college she worked as a Construction Project Manager, Director of Operations for a Indoor Football League, Interior Design Assistant, Head of a Bankruptcy Department for Grainger Legal, and as a Paralegal for The Bennett Law Firm. Chancey has a love for learning each of our many cultures and truly understands the challenges of acclimating to a new home in a new environment. As a third generation Houstonian, she takes pride in understanding each forever changing market from the greater Houston area to each demographic along the Gulf Coast. Having the opportunity to have lived in many cities throughout Texas and even many states across the East Coast. Chancey is well-versed in making any transition a seamless and enjoyable adventure. She is an excellent communicator and will guide you through every phase of your residential sale and/or purchase from initial contact to closing and beyond. She genuinely cares about her clients' individual needs and will work tirelessly searching & researching every market to successfully find them their perfect fit. Chancey is not only enthusiastic, pleasant and professional, she is a genuinely compassionate person to others and life in general. In her free time you may find her volunteering at organizations such as Habitat for Humanity & The Houston Food Bank, at any local gym, researching Nasa, & enjoying the spectacular performances held at Houston's performing art centers.
