With a background in interior design, I put my skills to work with my sellers, helping them prep their home to stand out for a maximum sales price. Communication and networking are my strengths, and matching buyers to properties that best fit their criteria is my focus. I have lived and worked in the North Houston area for over 30 years and seen so much growth and development in that time. As both a listing and buying agent I have had the privilege to help clients along the way to upsize, downsize, or lease. I have experience working with many different buyers from local to relocation and even international purchases. Paula started her real estate career in 1978 and in 1980, she co-partnered and bought a real estate franchise. In 1982, Paula moved to Canada accompanying her spouse in his medical career training. While there, Paula attended college furthering her studies in french, psychology, travel and tourism.
Returning to Texas in 1987, Paula spent the next several years raising a family, volunteering in community activities, her local church and serving on various boards. Paula also enjoyed competing in horse shows, successfully winning many top awards.
In 2004 Paula once again eagerly decided to pursue her real estate career. Many things have changed for the better she stated, I love the advancements that real estate has made, especially for consumers.
Representing both buyers and sellers, Paula has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designations. Since 2004 Paula has enjoyed learning and serving with the Board of Realtors on various committees.
