Xander Properties, Inc., is a full service real estate firm serving customers since 2002.  Ingrid Ritchmond, Broker, has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994.  Xander Properties, Inc., specializes in residential real estate sales, new construction, and land development.  The company also works with investment properties, and provides property management services.

In addition, Xander Properties, Inc., can assist customers with commercial real estate services, including new construction, selling, leasing, and buying.  The company has two full-time agents that work exclusively on commercial real estate transactions.
