River Oaks

River Oaks was developed in the 1920s by Hugh Potter and William and Michael Hogg, sons of former Texas governor Jim Hogg. This classic and upscale neighbhood occupies over 1,100 acres and is one of the most established neighborhoods in the city. It's tight deed restirctions and private security partol keep this bespoke neighborhood on the top of the list for many long-time Houstonians.
