Guidelines
The purpose of the member videos is to promote your listings and to market yourself professionally as a REALTOR®. Videos with inappropriate "graphic and explicit" content - otherwise known as "unacceptable content," are prohibited. Only upload videos that you made or caused to have made and that you are authorized to use. Please do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views.
HAR will provide recommendations on video production for quality assurance and further professional image for our members (included).
HAR will provide samples of good quality videos for members to use as a reference when creating their individual videos.
HAR will require members to click 'I Agree to Terms of Use' and acknowledgement that 'I have read Rules and Guidelines provided to me by HAR' before submitting each video.
HAR will send confirmation email to the agent for approval before making the video live on HAR.com. Brokers will have the option to be copied on the confirmation email sent to the agent before the video is made live.
HAR will provide a reporting system for members/consumers to report abuse. When a video gets flagged as inappropriate, HAR video department will review the video to determine whether it violates HAR's Terms of Use-flagged videos are not automatically taken down by the system.
Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or termination of your account to upload any videos on HAR.com.
HAR reserves the right to remove any video from HAR.com without any notice.
