The Houston Association of REALTORS® offers professional video services at its central office. The HAR Studio is equipped with HD quality equipment to provide its members with a professional-grade video production. Each profile video will be 30-60 seconds in length and will be uploaded to YouTube to help promote you and your business. The videos will also be posted along with each of your listings on HAR.com. It will give potential clients an opportunity to hear about your experience, knowledge of the market and approach to client service.

Below are some recommendations for you to consider before your video session at the HAR Studio.

• Video taping/editing session should last approximately 30-60 minutes.
• Show up early.
• Do not wear any green.
• If you wish to use the HAR teleprompter you must bring your script on a USB thumb drive formatted in Microsoft Word.
• Keep script concise. Script length needs to be 30-60 seconds. A good rule is every three words equals one second.
