clips. The YouTube phenomenon has played a major role in the online videos we see today. According to some research, an increasing number
of individuals are moving away from television and toward the Internet for their video consumption needs. How can REALTORS® use online videos
to promote their value to consumers and enhance their listing presentation?


HAR has developed a tool which allows HAR members to upload and share videos of themselves, their firm, and their listings with consumers on HAR.com. The member
videos will add value by providing agents with an opportunity to market themselves beyond just a static image and bio – allowing agents to engage
their customers in a new way. The listing videos provide consumers the opportunity to capture a more in-depth view of the property that still photos
