Veronica Valentz

I am a full time Residential Realtor® specializing in new construction, resale homes, and relocation throughout Houston, Sugar Land, & Katy. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in counseling, and 17 years of real estate experience have equipped me for my real estate career. Since becoming licensed in 2004, I have assisted many families to buy & sell homes and have been a million dollar producer.

I am a lifelong Texas resident; born and raised in El Paso, attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, resided in the Dallas area for 12 years, and have now called Houston home for over a decade. Active in my community, I never miss an opportunity to give back. My charitable work has included running support groups for children, collecting school supplies, collecting canned food items for pantries, raising money for local charities, and sponsoring events such as local races. Also, I currently serve as Block Captain in my lovely neighborhood, Timbergrove Manor and Room Mom for one of my boy's classrooms at the amazing Kenworthy School in the Heights.

In my spare time you will find me cooking with my husband, spending time with our sons, walking our dog Lucy, working & beautifying our yard, and trying to squeeze in a work out.

I bring a sincere concern for my client's needs and determination to help them reach their real estate goals. I also bring a caring, patient, and conscientious attitude to "build relationships for life."
