Veronica Barefield

Veronica M. Barefield is Team Leader/CEO and Co-owner of Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Spring, TX. Veronica has received numerous sales and leadership awards, but the one she is most proud of, in 2011 Veronica was inducted into the prestigious Keller Williams Realty International Team Leader Hall of Fame. She also received the Keller Williams Realty International Black Belt Recruiter in 2019 and 2021. In 2020 she was recognized to be a part of the Keller Williams Realty South Texas Regional Social Equity Task Force. Veronica is also a Certified Coach, Speaker & Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. Veronica's business acumen, energy and enthusiasm are contagious within the KW Professionals office and has led her company to exponential growth. Veronica and her Executive Leadership Team ensures that her agents thrive in an office that has phenomenal culture, and have the tools, technology, training, and support to help build their agents real estate empire. Before joining the field of real estate, Veronica's prior profession as a paralegal in Litigation and Corporate law in Houston, TX. After hitting the glass ceiling in corporate America, she decided to forge her own path and transitioned to a career in real estate she immediately partnered with Keller Williams Realty due to the unlimited opportunities and KW Values, God, Family then Business. Veronica has been with Keller Williams Realty for 17 years, 8 of those years as a successful Realtor®. Veronica is a proud member of HAR, TAR, NAHREP and HBREA Houston.
