Tina Hagger

We interviewed a handful of real estate agents that were recommended by friends and family however, none compared to the level of expertise and friendliness that Tina brings to the table. She was very patient with us throughout the home search and usually responded to our questions within the hour. For each home that we visited she provided us with a folder of detailed information on the history of the home in terms of pricing/# of owners /repairs/ additions, etc. She is also knowledgeable about home construction and items to look out for. It almost felt like having a licensed home inspector with us.

When we finally found our new home, she fought for every possible price reduction with the builder and their realtor by backing up her argument with well researched facts. On our blue tape walkthrough she had no problem raising up her sleeves and assisted us with marking every area that needed attention. At our last meetup before closing, she even surprised us with a few house warming gifts and stated that she would still be available for any questions after closing. A couple of months went by and sure enough she reached out to us to make sure we were doing fine with the new home. I will say this, our builder was so impressed by Tina’s level of professionalism and passion to fight for us that he dismissed the other two agents and made her the main real estate agent for the rest of the homes for sale in the community.
