“I really cannot say enough about Brian Chiu. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Brian. He went above and beyond when selling our house. He knew we wanted to sell quickly so gave us the options and was not pushy to steer us a certain way. He was always willing to listen too. I also don't think I have ever had someone so responsive via text, call or email, no matter time of day or weekday and weekend. He was amazing. I don't think we would have actually got to our closing if it wasn't for Brian because our buyers were having issues closing their house so Brian went out of his way to coordinate with all the relators and make sure all details were on the table of what needed to happen. Brian is just a kind, genuine person who you can trust has your best interest at the top of the list! He always went out of his way to help us get our house ready. Then the insane freeze happened and he actually managed to get a crew out two days later to fix our pipe burst and garage ceiling collapsing so we could schedule our inspection. Brian is like a rolodex of connections and that was an added value for sure! If any of my friends or family members move I know they will be in good hands with Brian!”
