Stephanie Magill

Originally from Burlington, Vermont, Stephanie Incavo Magill moved to Houston following in her family%u219s footsteps. Her family made Houston their home when her physician father accepted a position in Houston%u219s medical center. Through this event Stephanie%u219s family formed a strong friendship with a Greenwood King agent in the area. The agent%u219s guidance in helping them find the right neighborhood and home for their work and lifestyle had a great impact on Stephanie. As a result, Stephanie understands the value in an agent's ability to listen and help others when buying or selling a home and most importantly, when relocating to Houston.

Stephanie and her husband Brett currently reside in West University with their son and labrador after moving from the Galleria area. Stephanie has extensive knowledge in the West University, Larchmont, Briargrove and Tanglewood markets through her many relatives in these areas as well as the Heights, medical center, and all the neighborhoods in between. Her portfolio of past transactions is vast: she works wherever her clients are looking or selling, and has completed transactions all over the city and beyond.

Following graduation from Cornell University, Stephanie was selected for Macy's Executive Development Program in New York City. In Houston, she worked as an intern for the Social and Fine Arts Editor at PaperCity Magazine and helped coach a St. John's middle school lacrosse team. She is currently involved with the Cornell Alumni Association of Greater Houston and the Houston Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. Stephanie is passionate about Houston, and all of her experiences combine to make her a successful agent.
