“This is a long overdue review as we absolutely rave about Stephanie Finch and her employees at Finch Properties to all our friends and family. We seriously could not have bought our first home without her. My fiance and I originally worked with a realtor, whom we could tell was a very new realtor, and we're all about new and growing businesspeople, but she never took initiative for us when we had inquiries about our possible homes of interest, and when we saw certain things in these homes that could possibly improve our negotiation with prior homeowners, she automatically had a negative outlook and didn't bother to ask the homeowners. After giving our prior realtor a chance for a couple of months, I decided we needed to proceed in a new direction. I stumbled upon Stephanie (and I am one who chooses my business based on reviews and just so happened she has the same name as me) when I was googling top realtors in Houston and I can see why she popped up in the results. After one phone call to express our concerns, she immediately set up for us to meet at our top home of interest the next day. Within a couple of days, we already started our first homebuying process because she knew the strategies and how to communicate with the builders - even with the unpredictable state of the market in January.
