However, one thing I did not see addressed were the following items:\n\nPhotos/Listing - does your listing have clear and professional photos? Do all photos have captions and is the property description colorful and in-depth?\nStaging - How does your home come across in photos?\nMarketing - what is being done to market the home besides just an MLS listing?\nMarket conditions: we have swung into a market where the inventory is more saturated, so buyers have more to choose from. The past few years both professionals and consumers have been \'spoiled\' by insane sellers markets where there were multiple showings in a day and usually multiple offers shortly after.
