Vicki Fullerton
2009 HAR Chair of the Board
Houston Association of REALTORS®
Vicki Fullerton has devoted more than 30 years to the real estate profession since relocating with her husband, Bruce, to the Houston area from her
native Midwest. Vicki specializes in the sales of residential real estate in The Woodlands, Spring and surrounding communities north of Houston.
Vicki launched her real estate career with John Daugherty REALTORS® in 1978. She earned her broker’s license in 1980 and worked for Woodlands Properties
from 1984 to 1992 before leaving to help open the offices of RE/MAX of The Woodlands & Spring, where she remains a top producer and Broker of Record.
Vicki is widely respected for her political activism. Through the years, she has been one of HAR’s staunchest advocates and a champion of the real
estate industry as a whole. As chair of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC) for HAR since 2005, Vicki has helped increase TREPAC
participation among HAR members from 28 to 40 percent, even as membership continued to grow. She has raised more than $1.6 million for TREPAC while
supporting initiatives and legislation that have saved HAR REALTORS® $135 million a year.
Vicki donates much of her time to a host of charitable causes and community service agencies throughout Montgomery County. She believes it’s vital to
contribute to the community in which she lives, works and plays.
Vicki was born in Kirksville, Missouri and raised in Harlan, Iowa. She studied recreational therapy at the University of Iowa. She and Bruce married in
1976 and moved to Houston. Both are avid golfers who were Mr. & Mrs. Club Champions for several years. She was Club Champion for four consecutive years
and played in the Texas State Amateur throughout the 1980s, even earning the title of Third Flight Winner one year. Vicki and Bruce enjoy traveling to
Hawaii and playing golf on Maui and Lanai.
Family is very important to Vicki. She has nine nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews. Her three siblings – Barbara, Don and Judy – live in
Texas and all get together often.
Vicki’s HAR membership mantra for 2009 is “GOOD TO GO: Give them the rules, give them the tools and then get out of the way!”
