Royce Price, Real Estate Broker of Royce Realty, is a native Houstonian with real estate experience in the Houston Area since 1990 and previously held a Texas mortgage license #1209.  His experience in the real estate industry exceeds the standards for real estate services. He has shared his knowledge by teaching at the Houston Community College in Houston and Champions School of Real Estate in Texas and shows his passion for individual growth by providing his agents with all the tools necessary to exceed in the real estate industry.

Royce currently holds a CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) Designation issued by the Texas Real Estate Teacher''s Association. In addition, Royce holds a Texas Insurance License.

Royce Realty currently sponsors over 12 diverse agents speaking 17 different languages who cover real estate in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Montgomery, and Waller counties. Royce''s attitude toward growth and diversity provides his agents with the current real estate tools to serve buyers, sellers, and investors in Houston and its surrounding areas.
 
In 2008, Royce Price attained his designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). This certification distinguishes individuals who have hands-on experience in international real estate transactions and completed the intensive study. The critical aspects of transnational transactions, including currency and exchange rate issues, cross-cultural relationships, regional market conditions, investment performance, and tax issues are focuses of this auspicious designation.
