When we didn’t understand a certain term, she explained it to us with “non legalize jargon” so even us newbie’s understood what needed to occur. As we were out of our house and living 300 miles away, Roxane always kept us abreast on showings and potential buyers. These updates were given to us by phone calls and text messages nearly every day and always when we inquired. Roxane’s initiative to make our home a priority was clearly visible when the hall bathroom pipe burst, flooding about 80 percent of the house with two inches of water. She was quick to respond by shutting off the main water valve, jumping in to help move furniture out of the flood zone, and notifying us immediately what had occurred. It’s not too hard to imagine what extensive damage would have resulted if Roxanne had not been there to stop the destruction. We certainly appreciate all of Roxane’s assistance, knowledge, and guidance, and of course her willingness to “save” our house from flooding. But perhaps Roxane’s best quality is her ability to make the customer feel at ease, I am here for you. We are not certain that every house seller receives this blessing when it comes to putting a house on the market.
