“We were very satisfied with our experience. Brandi Kira was very attentive. She gave us good advice during negotiations with the buyer. We were relocating internationally, and she helped make our house sale stress-free.”

“Dana Foster was our neighbor, is our friend, but on top of that, she is a great realtor. She’s a straight shooter and knows her stuff. Loved working with her.”

“No one seemed to understand the difference between community property and separate property or the "Inception of Title Doctrine". When I tried to correct them on the subject (I'm an attorney and family court judge candidate), they wanted to argue instead. So instead of having just me close on my separate property (it was acquired years before my marriage), they insisted on wasting everyone's time by including my wife in the closing even when inconvienent to her. Likewise, they incorrectly believed that the "TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule" (or as they referred to it, "3 Day TRID") imposed a maximum time limit instead of a minimum time limit.”
